Description
The Senior Manager of Talent Management and Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness through talent planning, leadership development, succession management, and employee engagement. This role partners closely with senior leaders, HR business partners, and cross-functional teams to build a high performing, inclusive culture that supports business growth and transformation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in talent management, leadership development, or organizational development.
• Proven success in designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent strategies.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and consulting skills.
• Experience with leadership assessments (e.g., Hogan, Korn Ferry, 360s) and development tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Preferred Skills:
• Certification in coaching or leadership development frameworks.
• Experience in global or matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and talent analytics platforms.
Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide talent management strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential identification processes.
• Manage tools, frameworks, and metrics to track talent pipeline health and organizational readiness
• Partner with HR and business leaders to assess talent gaps and build targeted development plans.
• Design and deliver scalable leadership development programs for all levels, from emerging leaders to senior executives.
• Facilitate leadership workshops, coaching, and feedback processes to strengthen leadership capability.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve based on data and feedback.
• Create learning experiences that enhance employee skills, engagement and retention.
• Implement mentoring, coaching and stretch assignment activities
• Provide insights on employee engagement survey results and drive related action planning
• Oversee leadership assessments, learning platforms, and development resources.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships for talent and leadership development programs.
• Track program effectiveness and ROI through KPIs, employee feedback, and business outcomes.
• Continuously improve programs based on data insights and emerging best practices.
