Description

Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of complex full‑stack features with minimal supervision
- Design scalable solutions using .NET and modern web architectures
- Review code and mentor junior engineers
- Drive performance, reliability, and maintainability improvements
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams
- Reduce technical debt and improve engineering standards
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience
- Advanced proficiency in .NET, React, and relational databases
- Strong experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Ability to operate as a technical owner
