The Senior Software Engineer designs and delivers complex features and services, mentors junior engineers, and contributes to architectural decisions. This role emphasizes technical ownership, quality, and cross‑team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of complex full‑stack features with minimal supervision
• Design scalable solutions using .NET and modern web architectures
• Review code and mentor junior engineers
• Drive performance, reliability, and maintainability improvements
• Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams
• Reduce technical debt and improve engineering standards

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience
• Advanced proficiency in .NET, React, and relational databases
• Strong experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Ability to operate as a technical owner
