Description
The Senior Technical Product Owner for HR Systems will be responsible for implementing, integrating, and enhancing RB Global HR systems to meet business requirements. RB Global has a very large implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud including Recruiting, Talent Management, Payroll, Absence, Time and Benefits as well as extensive third-party integrations to external systems. The Senior Technical Product Owner will partner with the Product Management team and the People (HR) team to come up with a product roadmap and development schedule for all HR systems.
Qualifications
Here’s what you bring:
- At least 3 years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle HR / HCM applications in a complex and highly integrated environment.
- Hands-on experience implementing or supporting at least 3 of the following modules in Oracle HCM Cloud: Time and Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of HR business processes.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, fast-paced, loosely structured, collaborative environment.
- Good understanding of contemporary systems, development methodologies and tools in a large corporate setting.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Ability to evaluate and prioritize work based on business value.
Responsibilities
In this role you’ll:
- Work with a team of software developers, testers and third-party vendors to design, build and test system enhancements, reports and integrations for HR systems.
- Assist with decommissioning legacy HR system functionality that will be replaced by the new Oracle HCM Cloud functionality.
- Assist with on-going enhancement, new feature enablement and production support of HR system functionality (Oracle HCM Cloud and other related HR systems).
