Description
As a Treasury Associate, you will support day-to-day treasury cash and banking operations and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with the wider Finance and Treasury teams to ensure accurate cash management, efficient payment processing, and continuous improvement of treasury processes.
What you will do
As a Treasury Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Processing daily bank transactions and entries in treasury and ERP systems
- Monitoring treasury mailboxes and supporting timely resolution of queries
- Providing first-line support to the business on payment processing, investigations, SWIFT confirmations, intraday payments and online banking
- Performing daily connectivity and completeness checks between the Treasury Management System (TMS) and ERP systems
- Assisting with rolling cash flow forecasts in the TMS (Kyriba)
- Performing cash reconciliations between bank statements, TMS and ERP
- Monitoring cash pooling, zero balance accounts (ZBA) and cash sweeps
- Supporting bank account administration and KYC documentation with financial institutions
- Supporting internal and external audits related to treasury and finance
- Participating in finance and treasury-related projects
- Acting as back-up for the Treasury Analyst where needed

Your background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in treasury or cash management, preferably in an international environment
- Basic knowledge of a Treasury Management System (Kyriba is a strong plus)
- Experience with cash pooling or cash concentration is an advantage
- Familiarity with BBAN, IBAN and routing codes is a plus
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
