Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about managing shipping and customs operations while delivering exceptional customer service? Ritchie Bros. is looking for a Shipping & Customs Coordinator to join our Dubai team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate shipping and customs documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Track shipments across sea and land transport to ensure timely delivery.
• Support Ritchie Bros. auction operations by managing pre- and post-sale documentation, customs clearances, and ownership transfer processes for equipment moving through Jebel Ali and across UAE borders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including freight forwarders and carriers, to provide updates and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure that superior customer service is always delivered to all customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve shipping and documentation processes while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience working directly with customers, preferably in logistics or shipping.
• Strong understanding of JAFZA regulations and operational requirements.
• Proficient with computers and willing to learn new software.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Team-oriented with flexibility to contribute wherever needed.
