We’re looking for a Receptionist in Burnaby, BC.
The Opportunity:
In this role you’ll:
- Answer and direct external and internal calls on our Avaya one-A OSPC system (46 line), to the appropriate departments.
- Administration duties for any department that requires assistance with: filing, spread sheets, copying, binders, data entry.
- Maintain and order supplies for Xeros and enter meter reads for billing forward to Xerox
- Order office supplies for department requests
- Order business cards, stationery and marketing material when requested by departments.
- VCR Print uniform orders for employees
- Maintain company organizational charts
- Set up and maintain changes to the schedule, and send out e-mails to advise every one of any changes.
- Print brochures/catalogs/presentation folders for events and trade shows and provide support for events
- Print certificates and name badges for training
- Cover shipping when Shipper/Receiver is on vacation or sick
- Prepare minutes from EHS meetings
- Sends out First Aid rotation and manages supplies for the First Aid Room
- Sets up training for floor wardens
- Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers.
