Job Description

The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving buyer demand generation and growth through the development, implementation, management and measurement of multi-platform, multi-channel buyer campaigns. The Senior Marketing Specialists work alongside other marketers, product, sales and leadership taking initiative and ownership to strategize targeted integrated marketing campaigns leveraging a wide array of tactics in the marketing mix, delivering high demand and increasing new buyer engagement. The Senior Marketing Specialist. will provide awareness to the entire marketing department on industry demand, trends and specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Compiles and analyzes performance metrics to assess deficiency on demand, and proactively manages an iterative process with marketing organization for improving conversion based on observed performance.
  • Drives national, regional, and local marketing plans and campaigns to support revenue objectives and grow the customer base in our primary industry sectors.
  • Leads a collaborative process with stakeholder on coordinating campaign activities to maximize buyers’ engagement and sales revenue.
  • Provides macro and micro insight for the territory and sectors responsibility to educate marketing stakeholders in order to improve performance and conversion.
  • Serves as a liaison across departments and functional groups to articulate buyer demand based on equipment and industry specifications.
  • Ensures the coordination and follow through the execution of all the campaigns across all platforms and media.
  • Driven by research and data (including industries, customer, transactional and competitive), uncover insights and opportunities that will drive strategies to improve transactions and revenue objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ Marketing experience.
  • Superior organization skills and attention to detail; ability to proactively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, visual
  • Strong knowledge of traditional and digital media. Experience with industry verticals
  • Ability to thrive under the pressure of deadlines in a dynamic team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a proven ability to build good and productive business relationships
  • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and business performance.
