Job Description

The sales coordinator is a trusted advisor for the sales team and customer base. The sales coordinator works to maintain a comprehensive understanding of Ritchie Brothers systems to enable the compilation of complex data to develop actionable steps that will optimize processes, results, and the customer experience.The Sales Coordinator facilitates communication between the Sales Team and the customers and is in charge of achieving sales goals and maintaining positive customer relations.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for compiling data to create reports that inform decision-making processes.
  • Design and execute automated procedures interfacing with systems to report sales support indicators.
  • Continuous collaboration with stakeholders to provide relevant and comprehensive data sets.
  • Support the sales team with professional communication between sales team and customers.
  • Utilize Salesforce to document and drive the sales process with customers.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Strong level understanding of MS Excel and Adobe product
  • •2+ years of experience in Data Entry/Mining & Administration work
  • •Proven ability to effectively prioritize in a high volume, high pressure, deadline driven environment.
  • •Interpersonal skills to interface effectively with the necessary stakeholders.
  • •Proactively identify areas of risk in project execution to management and escalate as appropriate.
  • •Work collaboratively with other team members from different disciplines and backgrounds.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Manage sensitive and confidential information.
