The Production Artist will work collaboratively with the creative team to produce a wide range of marketing materials across both digital and traditional formats. This role involves designing and executing projects that meet brand standards and quality expectations while adhering to deadlines. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and be proactive in driving high-quality, innovative results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in creative review sessions with team members, internal clients and other stakeholders across the globe.
  • Design, edit collateral used for digital and print.
  • Design content deliverables such as social media, emails, blogs and other collateral for subscribers.
  • Work in fast-paced and prioritized to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Follow a development timeline to ensure tasks are being completed on time.
  • Troubleshoot problems as they arise.
  • Give and receive constructive feedback to colleagues.
  • Perform other duties as required from time to time.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of graphic design experience.
  • Post-secondary education in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, degree preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge  of Adobe Creative Suite knowledge (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Basic understanding of video editing software, Canva and Figma.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) are a must.
  • Ability to handle multiple interruptions and adjustments to priorities throughout the day.
  • Detail oriented and deadline driven.
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Must be able to work independently, learn quickly and prioritize competing projects with tight deadlines.
  • Must be willing to undertake both routine tasks and new projects.
  • Must work well in a collaborative team environment.
  • Must be able to work overtime to meet deadlines, if required.
  • Must be willing to travel within Canada and the U.S., as required.
