To strengthen our position in the Nordic region, we are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to cover our territory in Stockholm and the surrounding areas, Sweden (SE).

Responsibilities

You strive to get the most out of your assigned territory by offering end-to-end solutions for buying and selling used equipment, trucks and other assets. You present tailored solutions to align with customer needs by understanding their motivation compared to each component in an offering. The way you highlight the features, benefits and value of our solutions in combination basic knowledge of various market sectors, conditions, and competitors makes you stand out in the market. Continually working to improve your own expertise and utilizing your knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor to the customer is how you prefer to work. You will be accountable for:

  • Selling multi-channel solutions within the assigned territory
  • Develop territory by utilizing their Playbook & executing on their Core Activity & Behavior Script;
  • Building, maintaining and updating Playbook on a frequent basis
  • Identify geographies & sectors that are under-penetrated
  • Source and grow sales with new business
  • Develop a strategy and plan for securing potential customers
  • Ensuring proper execution of sale through coordination with “Win Team” to fully service accounts including: sales support, operations, administrative, valuations and field marketing.

Qualifications

Problem solving and decision making are in the core of what drives you as a professional. You have strong negotiation skills and the ability to think strategically about customers’ needs. Pro-active identification, prevention and troubleshooting of all customer service needs including technical issues comes natural to you. Performing deal math accurately with speed when negotiating and evaluate solution risk vs reward is very important to us. Furthermore, you have:

  • Extensive experience in outside sales
  • Proven consistent track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of or experience with various heavy equipment and/or trucks
  • Professional level English and Swedish 
  • Advanced MS Office skills

It’s Important To Note That
