Description

The Total Rewards Senior Analyst supports the design, analysis and administration of the organization's total rewards programs.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare statistical analysis, metrics and data modeling for various compensation structures, programs and compensation related accruals
  • Participate in market surveys, interpret data and perform analysis to ensure that competitive positioning is achieved
  • Administer Job Description guidelines; ensuring that descriptions accurately reflect duties and responsibilities and support internal and external comparisons
  • Administer the annual compensation review including salary and short-term incentive components
  • Administer out-of-cycle compensation reviews as required
  • Assist in the development and planning of organization wide Total Rewards programs and policies
  • Work with management to educate on all areas of Total Rewards, including market analysis, administration, policy interpretation, and internal equity
  • Assist the HR Business Partners in Total Rewards administration issues
  • Acts as a role model and coaches, mentors, and manages a team of accounting specialist in the execution of department and company goals (non-people management).
  • Perform special projects as required, including research, modeling and other Total Rewards initiatives
