Product Engineering

Commerce Engineering Teams focus on delivering highly performant customer experiences that drive our core lines of business. We work in a hybrid multi-cloud environment leveraging modern development philosophies and tools to drive a quality result for our customers and providing our leaders the best analytics to exceed our customer’s expectations. Our leadership believes deeply in and invests in developer experience and engineering enablement, providing the best possible tooling and a friction free environment to do our best work. Business Systems

The Business Systems team builds and manages all the back-office applications that power our business including Oracle Cloud HCM/Financials, Salesforce, Master Data Management and a variety of custom-built applications. They provide leading systems for global team members by collaborating daily with our users and product. The team consists of Engineers, Technical Product Owners and Quality Engineering who enhance and support these systems. The Team is always pushing to drive value for Customers by integrating the latest technology, driving efficiency in our business and operating with a continuous improvement mindset.

Data Engineering

The Data Engineering team is essential in driving informed decision-making and machine learning innovation that supports the organization’s strategy and growth. They create and implement data models and pipelines to organize and serve enterprise data , collaborating closely with data analysts and scientists to turn information into valuable insights. Our team is passionate about tackling complex challenges, utilizing advanced tools and methodologies to drive impactful solutions.

Cybersecurity

Join our elite team to defend the digital realm, where you'll utilize cutting-edge security technologies to safeguard critical systems and sensitive data, work with highly knowledgeable and experienced security professionals, and drive technology innovation to protect our organization from cyber threats. The cybersecurity team has many responsibilities including managing governance, risk, compliance (GRC) functions, ensuring data privacy, leading the Security Operations Center, responding to incidents, engineering robust security solutions, performing offensive and proactive security functions, and architecting the future of our cybersecurity program.

Infrastructure

The Infrastructure and Operations team manages critical infrastructure across data centers, multiple public clouds and field locations across the 170+ countries we operate in. Be a part of a team driving infrastructure as code across the enterprise to increase agility and automation. Partner closely with Product Engineering, Architecture, Data and Data Science to design platforms and solutions that empower engineers. Deliver a range of essential technology services, including IT service management, workplace technology, on-site field support, and 24/7 technical assistance from our support center, ensuring continuous support for our global operations.

Ensuring business continuity by minimizing disruptions or downtime in business operations by providing the reliable operation and maintenance of the company's systems and infrastructure. By proactively monitoring and managing IT resources, addressing vulnerabilities, and implementing robust security measures, they ensure the stability, availability, and security of critical system – vital work to the function of our business.
