This role ensures orders to and from RB suppliers are processed and managed effectively and accurately, resolving any issues that arise in the process. Builds relationships with suppliers as a core strength and works cross-functionally with external and internal stakeholders. Serves as primary communicator between customers, sales, field operations and relevant internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a model of service excellence demonstrating appropriate and professional behavior.
  • Ensures proper communication and collaboration within the department, across the company network, and with external customers.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented to ensure that Supplier questions are understood, logged, reviewed and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for timely receipt and confirmation of orders and shipments and that the necessary documents are included and accurate.
  • Responsible for resolving issues and escalating as appropriate.
  • Provides routine and special reports and projects for management and account managers as requested.
  • Demonstrates exceptional customer service/relations skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2 plus years of experience in customer service, sales support or inside sales or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Office and/or remote work environment
