Job Description
This role ensures orders to and from RB suppliers are processed and managed effectively and accurately, resolving any issues that arise in the process. Builds relationships with suppliers as a core strength and works cross-functionally with external and internal stakeholders. Serves as primary communicator between customers, sales, field operations and relevant internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Serves as a model of service excellence demonstrating appropriate and professional behavior.
- Ensures proper communication and collaboration within the department, across the company network, and with external customers.
- Highly organized and detail oriented to ensure that Supplier questions are understood, logged, reviewed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Responsible for timely receipt and confirmation of orders and shipments and that the necessary documents are included and accurate.
- Responsible for resolving issues and escalating as appropriate.
- Provides routine and special reports and projects for management and account managers as requested.
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service/relations skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2 plus years of experience in customer service, sales support or inside sales or equivalent relevant experience.
- Office and/or remote work environment
