To keep on offering excellent service to our customers, we are looking for a Customer Service Manager in Moerdijk (NL)

Responsibilities

The Opportunity: 

Before, during and after our auctions you are the number-one point of contact, for both customers and your colleagues. You are responsible for all administrative aspects of the auction. You must love paperwork and have an obsession with detail and accuracy in order to succeed. 

You will be accountable for:  

• Set up and maintain auction information systems.
• Balance auction results, and take care of accounts receivable, collections and banking responsibilities.
• Process vehicle titles, registrations, and legal transfer documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Here is what you bring: 

Our ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, and a highly organized team player with a focus on customer service. You can think quickly and make good decisions on the fly (auction time is intense and hectic!). You have both outstanding people skills and are able to work independently. 

• Professional level English and Dutch is required.

It’s important to note that:  

• You'll maintain a valid driver’s license and a car due remote location.
• This is not an “8:00AM to 5:00PM” job.
